Crankcase assembly: crankshaft/connecting rods assembly
of the connecting rods at this stage will inevitably lead to the need to re-open the crankcase.
Operation
Refit the clutch assembly
Refit the clutch-side crankcase cover
Refit the engine starter system
Refit the lubrication system
Refit the alternator-side crankcase
cover and alternator assembly
Refit the cylinder barrel/piston
assemblies
Refit the cylinder head assemblies
and the timing parts
Refit the cooling system
Install the engine in the frame
