Removal of the gearchange mechanism
Operation
Remove the alternator-side
crankcase cover and flywheel/
alternator assembly
Remove the clutch-side crankcase
cover complete with the clutch drum
and primary drive gear
Unscrew and remove the bolts (18) and (20) securing the gearchange mechanism (25) and recover the washers (19)
and (21).
Remove the gearchange mechanism complete with the shaft, spring, and stop plate.
