Water Pump Related Parts Inspection

Refer to "Water Pump Removal and Installation"
(Page 1F-8).
Impeller and Water Pump Shaft
Inspect the impeller and water pump shaft for damage.
If necessary, replace the defective parts with a new one.

Oil Seal

Visually inspect the oil seal for damage, with particular
attention given to the lip.
Replace the oil seal that shows indications of leakage.
