Explanation
Unable to read tape cartridge memory.
Tape cartridge generation not supported or
unsupported cleaning tape.
Status reported while the tape in the drive is a
cleaning cartridge.
A cleaning operation was attempted, but
could not be completed.
A media access command has been received
when there is no tape loaded.
A media access command has been received
when the tape is loadable.
A media access command has been received
when the tape seated but not loaded. The
MAM is accessible.
Drive power on self-test has not yet completed
and commands cannot yet be processed.
A logical unit did not respond in the time
allowed.
Logical unit power up test failed.
Manual eject and reload may be required.
The Eject button was pushed requesting a
cartridge eject.
