Chapter 2 SCSI Commands
REQUEST SENSE Command
Explanation
A command failed because an Initiator
Detected Error message was received.
The command failed because an invalid
message was received by the drive.
A command could not be executed because
too many parity errors occurred in the
Command phase.
A command could not be completed
because too many errors occurred during
the Data phase.
An initiator sent the drive a new command
even though it already had a command
with the same Task ID outstanding in the
drive.
An initiator selected the drive even though
it already had a command outstanding in
the drive.
The command was aborted because the
eject button was pressed.
