3) Connecting the lubricant hose of the tool
magazine
Plug the lubricant hose coming from the main
unit into the pipe connector that is connected to
the tool magazine.
4) Connecting ATC inter connection units
① Connect two connectors to the inter
connection unit in the rear of the tool
magazine.
② Remove the side cover of the tool
magazine and open the acrylic cover
of the inter connection unit. Check the
label for the connector numbers and
connect three connectors from the
opposite side to the applicable
terminals, respectively.
For Tool Changer (before connection)
5) Wiring the servo motor used for rotating the
tool magazine
Plug the power cable of the servo motor to the
power source and connect the feedback cable
connector to the servo motor.
