7.3 Installing the coupling between Y-axis motor and ball screw

Fix the rigid coupling connecting between Y-axis servo motor and Y-axis ball screw.
1) Use the wrench to tighten just one of 4 bolts with about half of the standard torque.
2) While gently moving up the Y axis in Handle mode, first tighten the diagonal opposite
bolt to the existing one, and then tighten the rest of the bolts with the same torque.
3) Install the indicator on the rigid coupling and move up the Y axis in Handle mode while
reading the runout values. Repeat the steps above until the runout falls below 0.01mm.
※ When correcting the runout, adjust all of three rings in the rigid coupling.
4) In the last step, tighten up 8 bolts on the rigid coupling and move the Y axis in "+"
direction before removing the wood support from the spindle head.

7.4 Keep Relay Settings

Make sure to suspend the operation temporarily with Keep Relay until the peripheral
devices are all installed. Referring to the below table of Keep Relay settings, deactivate the
peripheral devices related to the applicable machine until the main unit is installed
completely. Then, reactivate each peripheral device one at a time according to your setting
in the main unit.
