4.2 Temporary installation of the table bed (X-axis bed) assembly
1) Make preparations for temporary installation by
referring to the "Temporary installation of the
column bed (X-axis bed) assembly" section
above. Lift up the table bed assembly with the
crane or forklift and move it to the temporary
installation site.
▪ Weight: Approx. 7 tons
2) Install the foundation components into the bed.
※ If you are using the crane to lift up the bed, prop up the bed with a strong support for
your safety.
① Insert the bush in the level bolt that has already been installed on the bed.
② With its longer end upward, insert the stud bolt through the level bolt and bush, and
then insert M20 plain washer. Then, tighten the nut.
③ Fit the level block from below and install the anchor.
▪ Insert the stud bolt into the anchor to the possible end.
④ Tighten up the nut while holding the anchor.
⑤ Make a gap of 8∼10mm between level block and bottom of the bed (note that they
should align with each other), and tighten up the level-bolt fixing nut.

3) Place the block under the temporary bolt site of
the bed, and put down the table bed in the right
position.
