1. Disassembling the table
▪ Preparations for disassembling the table
① Keep the machine clean and away from
dust or oil residues. (In particular, clean up
the sliding cover so that it does not slip off
while you are working on it)
② In the middle X axis, remove the middle
acrylic plate of the splash guard ceiling to
facilitate lifting up the table using the crane.
※ Pay special attention to your safety when climbing up to the splash guard ceiling in
order to remove the acrylic plate.
1) Return Y and Z axes to the respective reference point manually and remove the table
pallet from APC before emptying the table. Move the X axis to the middle.
2) Loosen the set-screw on C68051044 cap and
use the pin puller to remove the cap. Then,
loosen the bolts on C12051171A clamp plate.
