4) Put together X-axis bed with Z-axis bed.
① Move the bed slowly until the X axis gets close to the Z-axis bed.
② Align the hole of the clamp bolt with that of the positioning pin using the temporary
bolt and the adjusting bracket bolt.
③ Place the level in the grinding side of both ends of the bed in the X and Z directions,
and use the temporary bolt to perform the leveling until the overall difference of the
leveling falls below 0.05mm/m.
▪ Set the height between bed bottom and floor at about 80mm with the level plate
35mm below the floor.
④ Set the positioning pin and tighten the bolts.

4.3 Temporary Installation of ATC Base
1) Use the crane to lift up the tool magazine base as appropriate, and fit the bolts into the
level plate. (see the "Foundation Detailed Diagram" above) Then, insert the collar into
the foundation bolt and tighten it with the nut.

2) Place the level on the tool magazine base in
the X and Z directions based on the bolt holes
in the assembly of tool magazine bracket and
bed. If the tool magazine brackets are aligned
properly with the bolt holes in the assembly, set
an approximate level and tighten the bolts.
