1-2: Security measures defined are set. (Default)
2-3: Security measures defined by BIOS are over-
written.
1-2: Normal operation (Default)
2-3: ME is in force update mode.
1-2: Password protected. (Default)
2-3: Clear both the user and administrator
passwords on system.
1-2: Normal RTC reset. (Default)
2-3: Clear RTC register.
