    Baseboard PCIe slot 2 and PCIe slot 5 support the riser boards in the CG2200 system. Baseboard PCIe slot 2 supports a single slot PCIe X16 riser and a dual slot PCIe X8 riser. These risers are referred to as the “left side’ risers since the boards plug in on the left side of the chassis as viewed from the front of the server.

    Replacing the LED/Switch Board The LED/switch board is mounted against the front panel of the CG2200 server chassis because it supports the LEDs and switches that are on the control panel on the front of the chassis. Before you can replace the LED/switch board, you must remove the chassis cover, the front bezel, and the fan cage so you can access the board from the back.

    Replacing the Telco Alarms Module (TAM) The TAM board is on the right side of the CG2200 server chassis floor, just below the front panel. Before you can replace the TAM board, you must remove the chassis cover, the fan cage, the CPU power cables, and the support cross bar.
