Main board 5012 is backward compatible with 5010 and can be connected to an
existing TLON network with software ≥ V2.10.4.
MMI board 5015 is backward compatible with 5011.
Higher stabilised supply voltage results in approximately 55% longer loop length.
Improved monitoring due to accurate measuring the loop resistance which
increases the reliability.
Redundant communication (only software V3.x.x) and power supply for display
units. Other Connection and wiring are identical.
Large number of fuses have been replaced with PTC resettable electronic fuses
e.g. supervised voltage output. Remaining fuses uses M205 ceramic tube fuses.
Easy and quick repair with individual loop boards 5017 with connectors
Isolated USB interface to avoid generating earth fault if the PC is connected without
external isolator.
Replace jumper links to activate service signal in TLON applications by
pushbuttons.
5012 and 5015 are Compliant with the latest Australian standards AS7240.2:2018
and AS7240.4:2018.
Must use software ≥ V2.10.4.
5012 PCB layout and terminations are shown in Figure 9 below.
