COOLING SYSTEM
Removing the coolant pump
Detaching the coolant pump
• Mark the installation position of the mounting
bolts (1)
• Unscrew the mounting bolts (1)
• Mark the mounting bolts (3) and (5)
• Unscrew the mounting bolts (3) and (5)
• Remove the coolant pump (2) with the O-ring (4)
• Clean the sealing surfaces
Removing insert pipes
• Remove the O-rings (3) and (6)
• Remove the anges (2) and (5)
• Remove the insert pipes (1) and (4) from the
coolant pump
• Clean the sealing surfaces

Installing the insert pipes
• Clean the sealing surfaces
• Lightly apply
surfaces of the new insert pipes (1) and (4)
• Insert the insert pipes (1) and (4) into the coolant
pump
• Insert new O-rings (3) and (6)
• Put the anges (2) and (5) on the insert pipes (1)
and (4)
Installing the coolant pump
• Clean the sealing surfaces
• Fit the coolant pump (2) with a new O-ring (4) and
position it
• Screw in the mounting bolts (1) as marked and
tighten them
• Screw in and tighten the mounting bolts (3) and
(5) as marked
