Installing the coolant pump coolant
manifold
Attaching the coolant pump coolant manifold
• Clean the sealing surfaces
• Apply Radiator antifreeze
of the new insert pipes (2)
• Insert new insert pipes (2)
• Fit the coolant pump coolant manifold (1) with new
O-rings (3) and position it
• Screw in mounting bolt (4) as marked and tighten
Attaching the coolant line
• Position the coolant line without tension
• Screw on and tighten union nuts (1) and (3)
• Attach holding clips (2)
on the contact surfaces

Attaching the holder
• Position the holder (3)
• Screw in and tighten the mounting bolts (1) and
(2) as marked
