COMMON RAIL SYSTEM
Removing the fuel lines
Detaching the fuel return line
• Mark the installation position of the mounting
bolts (2) and (5)
• Unscrew the mounting bolts (2) and (5)
• Unscrew the union nuts (3) and (4)
• Remove the fuel line (1)
• Plug the fuel line (1) with the
L18) [46]
• Plug the connections with
28x20 [51]
Detaching the fuel line high-pressure pump –
fuel lter
• Unscrew the mounting bolt (1)
• Unscrew the union nuts (3) and (4)
• Remove the fuel line (2)
• Plug the fuel line (2) with the
L18) [46]
• Plug the connections with
L18) [46] and Protective sleeve Z 28x20 [51]
