COMMON RAIL SYSTEM
Attaching the fuel line high-pressure pump
bottom – fuel lter
• Remove the end plugs and protective sleeves
• Position the fuel line (2)
• Screw on and tighten union nuts (1) and (3)
Attaching the fuel line high-pressure pump
bottom – collector
• Remove the end plugs and protective sleeves
• Position the fuel line (1) with new sealing ring
• Fit the hollow screw (3) with a new sealing ring
and screw in
• Screw on and tighten the union nut (2)
• Tighten the hollow screw (3)

Attaching the fuel line – leakage oil line
• Remove the end plugs and protective sleeves
• Position the fuel line (2) with new sealing ring
• Fit the hollow screw (3) with a new sealing ring
and screw in
• Screw on and tighten the union nut (1)
• Tighten the hollow screw (3)
Attaching the fuel line high-pressure pump top
– hand pump
• Remove the end plugs and protective sleeves
• Position the fuel line (2)
• Screw on and tighten union nuts (1) and (3)
