TURBOCHARGING
Detaching the exhaust manifold
• Mark the installation position of the intake manifold
(3)
• Unfasten the clamp (2)
• Remove the intake manifold (3) with prole clip (2)
and O-ring (1)
• Clean the sealing surfaces
Detaching the oil pressure line
• Unscrew the union nuts (1) and (3)
• Remove the oil pressure line (2)
Detaching the oil pressure line ange
• Unscrew the mounting bolts (2)
• Remove the ange (1) with seal (3)
• Clean the sealing surfaces

Detaching the oil return line
• Unscrew the mounting bolts (3)
• Loosen the hose clamp (5) with
for jubilee clips [62]
• Remove the oil return line (2) with the seal (1)
• Clean the sealing surfaces
Detaching the turbocharger
• Unscrew the mounting nuts (2) and remove with
spacer sleeves (3)
• Remove the turbocharger (1) and the seal (4)
• Clean the sealing surfaces
AE6 3st edition
Hose clamp pliers
and push onto hose (4)
