14.8 Gas area

No gas (OTH_ID1)

Measure the gas pressure at the gas solenoid valve.
Start cooking program. The flow pressure is to be
measured at maximum heating power. If there are
other gas appliances on the on-site supply line (e.g.
another combi steamer), these must be operated in
parallel at maximum power. Are the connection
pressure and the flow pressure within the
specifications (natural gas 6.8 - 10 inch WC, LPG 17
- 23 inch WC)?
Yes
Ensure gas supply on site
Perform CO2 exhaust gas
measurement and adjust if necessary.
Check the glow electrode. Is the current consumption at least 1.4A? Alternatively, measure the resistance when cold.
This must be between 1 - 6 ohms. Is the measurement within the specifications?
Replace glow electrode
The error message appears if there was no response to the first gas
request when the program was started. If the error message appears
sporadically, there is often an on-site supply problem.
Does the error message appear permanently or sporadically?

necessary, replace defective heat exchanger.
