Fault messages & troubleshooting
Troubleshooting takes place by disconnecting individual CAN bus connections. Other error
messages are generated in the process. The decisive factor is that the original message "5009 or
Disconnect CAN bus cable between control board
and motor. Then restart the device. Does the error
still appear?
Disconnect the communication line between the
operating unit and the control board. Check whether
the fault still appears.
Replace communication line. Check whether the fault
still appears.
Replace control board
