Procedures Explosion and Fire Risk • To avoid personal injury and product damage, check gas connection line and all gas parts for leaks at operating pressure. • Prior to servicing the unit, turn the power switch to the off position and remove electrical power from the product.

Removing the Solenoid Valve 1. Remove supply pipe from Venturi pipe (e). 2. Remove three fastening screws (b) from Venturi pipe. 3. Remove solenoid valve (a). 4. Detach gas hose. NOTE: When reinstalling, apply threadlocker to screws of gas hose (f) and torque to 26 in-lb (3 Nm). Apply antiseize paste to Venturi pipe screws (b) and torque to 26 in-lb (3 Nm).

Removing the Gas Burner Explosion and asphyxiation risk To avoid personal injury and product damage, check seals for damage and replace • damaged seals. 1. Detach electrical connections on electrodes. 2. Dismount nuts (a). 3. Remove gas burner. NOTE: When reinstalling, replace gasket seals, apply anti-seize paste to screws, and torque screws to 53 in-lb (6 Nm).
Removing the Transformer FPG-215 and FPG-221 Tabletop Unit 1. Unplug connector from transformer. 2. Remove both screws. 3. Remove transformer. To install, reverse procedures and read notes. Warranty The Flexfusion Combisteamer gas retrofit kit includes a 90 day parts warranty from the date of install. These kits are an option for operators to update units to current production.
