2.5 ASSEMBLE SLIDING SCALE
ASSEMBLY AND THERMOCOUPLE
• Place the sliding scale assembly on the top bus bar,
and push back against stop. Tighten the set screw
to secure scale assembly to the bus bar using Allen
(hex) driver tool.
• Plug the thermocouple into the socket of the
sliding scale assembly, and plug the lead into the
thermocouple receptacle on the cabinet.

2.6 INSTALL AERATION TUBE AND
DRYER
Connect the fitting of the aeration dryer assembly to
the cabinet.

2.7 PAN INSTALLATION

Slide the pan underneath the left side of the
JFTOT. (See Figure 2.1)

2.8 FIRST TIME POWER ON

Before switching power ON, read all of Section 3 to
become acquainted with the operation of the JFTOT
