1. INTRODUCTION
This ISO 9000 section provides recommended
documentation needed for installing the JFTOT into
an ISO 9000 certified Lab. These forms provide for
recording of Calibration/Verification and Mainte-
nance as required by the JFTOT Manual. An ex-
ample work instruction is provided to assist recording
JFTOT II ISO 9000 Manual Rev. C
Heater Tube rating results on the Log provided with
the Heater Tubes. Store the Log and Heater Tubes
for six (6) months or as specified by your quality
system. The Log must be achieved as specified by
record retention.
