Description
Specify the horizontal scaling ratio in decimal units. For example,
if you want to scale the image by 50% in the horizontal direction,
specify "0.5".
Value = ImageScalingHorizontalRaw / ImageScalingBaseAbs
ASCII command setting item.
Specify the scaling. For example, if you want to scale the image
by 50% in the horizontal direction, specify "2048".

Note: This item cannot be configured when
[ImageScalingMode] is set to [SWIRPixelMode]or
[SWIRHalfPixelMode.
