Dispensing with the Autosteamer

6.9
6.9.1

Tips regarding its use

• Only froth the amount of milk that you intend to use; once
heated, the milk will have to be completely poured out of
the jug and cannot be reheated.
• The steam wand only guarantees an accuracy of ± 3°C be-
tween the set temperature and the actual milk tempera-
ture, if the starting milk temperature is 4°C.
• As the steam automatically stops dispensing when the set
milk temperature is reached, only fill the jug half way in
order to prevent the milk froth from spilling out.
• Use a suitably-sized jug for the amount of milk that re-
quires frothing (approx. 200 ml is recommended) and
make sure that it is circular and not conical (see the image).

Tips for a good cup of coffee

6.11
Wash the filters and filter holders on a daily basis, as indi-
cated in para. 7.5.2 on page 44. The failure to perform this
cleaning operation will negatively affect the quality of the dis-
pensed coffee.
7
To obtain high-quality coffee, it is important that the water
hardness does not exceed 6-7°f (French degrees). If the water
hardness exceeds these values, it is advisable to use a water
18
filter or softener. Avoid using a water softener if the water
hardness is less than 4°f.
If the taste of chlorine in the water is particularly strong, in-
stall a special filter.
Do not to keep large amounts of coffee beans on hand. If you
change the type of coffee, we recommend calling out the Tech-
nician to adjust the water temperature and coffee grinder.
If the machine has not been used for a certain period of time
but-
(2-3 hours), perform some cycles on empty. Make sure that
