– Install oil pump and tighten securing bolts -arrows- to correct
specified torque:
M6 = 10 Nm

M7 = 13 Nm + / 4 turn (90°) further (renew).
– Install oil pump suction line and tighten securing bolts to cor‐
rect specified torque:
M6 = 10 Nm

M8 = 20 Nm + / 4 turn (90°) further (renew).
– Install chain tensioner.
– First tighten securing bolt -2- to 20 Nm and then tighten se‐
curing bolts -1- and -3- to 10 Nm.
– Carefully push guide rail of chain tensioner in
-direction of arrow- with a screwdriver to relieve tension on
chain tensioner.
– Remove locking pin -T10115- from chain tensioner.
Note
Insert bolts for cover with locking fluid -D 000 600 A2- .
– Install cover and tighten bolts -arrows- to 6 Nm.
– Install sealing flange
