Probable Cause
Obsolete DSP (Quad DSP
21061) installed.
Notification is not enabled
at the system level.
CO line access is restricted
for voice mail port
extension numbers.
Tools and Embedded Applications
Corrective Action
Replace with a Quad
21161 or DSP II depending
on the platform and
function they are being
used for.
Enable notification in VM
Options form.
Ensure that voice mail port
numbers are not restricted
from access to CO lines.
