Converts units of angle size from radian units designated by (S) to degree units, and stores the operation result in the
device number designated by (D).

Conversion from radian units to degree units is performed using the following equation:
Degree units = Radian units × 180 / π
When the operation results in "-0" or an underflow occurs, the operation result is processed as "0".
When setting input values from programming tools, rounding errors may occur.
