Setting

Preprocessing
For each inspection tool, it is possible to specify the region to be inspected and pre-
process by filtering.
Region setting
Set detection region / model region. When you press the setting button, the region
setting button is displayed in the image display window.
Add the region / Set mask
·············Change to region addition mode. The added region is drawn with an
orange solid line.
·············Change to region mask mode. The masked region is drawn with a pink do
ted line.

You can move vertices freely.
·············A polygon
You can add and delete vertices by right-clicking on the region.

You can set inner diameter and outer diameter individually.

You can do the same with the keyboard shortcut key ([Ctrl+c]→[Ctrl+v]) to copy and
delete the region.
You can copy, delete and move by right clicking on the region.
If you hold down the Alt key and drag the region, the amount of movement will be 20
pixels. If you hold down the Shift key and drag the region,the moving direction is fixed
in the X or Y axis direction. Setting
Filtering
You can set filter processing by selecting the button. Filter processing done here will
not be carried over to the next tool.
Processing condition-Detect condition
Perform necessary settings for processing and detection.
To make detailed setting, please click the button to display the setting item.
Hidden setting items are also reflected in the operation.
Detection result
The detection result is displayed.
Each detection value can be output to the DM variable. It can be set from the icon to
the right of the detection value. Even if you have multiple values, only one is output.
Hidden items are invalid and judgment processing is not performed.
