All items in the detection result are used as judgment thresholds.
In the initial setting, there is a threshold value for OK judgment.
To change the threshold, click on the threshold name you want to change and carry
out.
Positioning-Edge
Positioning is performed using the extracted edge position.
As in the example below, it is suitable for positioning bag-like objects that are difficult
to match.
Positioning-Get result
Positioning is performed using the processing result of the previous tool.
For the previous tool, please place a tool that outputs position information (PosX and
PosY) by judgment, measurement, etc.
Distortion correction
An image is generated by correcting the distortion and deflection of the object using
the feature amount of the image, and positioning is performed.
For workpieces which tend to cause distortion such as rubber, it is possible to cancel
the distortion and to inspect burrs and defects.
Enter model
Register model image with standard workpiece. Registration method and parameters
used are the same as Positioning-Matching.
With the distortion correction tool, when the target work is deformed with respect to
the reference work, it is possible to extract the corresponding feature point and cor-
