Detect condition
[Gray th.]
Sets the threshold for extracting the edge of the shape.
[Deform range]
Sets how much to allow deformation such as enlargement, reduction, distortion, etc.
from the model shape.
[Deform sens]
It is sensitivity to deformation from model shape. If the value is increased, it is judged
that it is different from the model shape even if it is slightly deformed.
[Density ratio]
-1.0··············Only defects on the dark side are detected compared with good prod-
ucts.
1.0···············Only defects on the bright side are detected compared with good prod-
ucts.
[Correct gray]
Valid ············Perform correcting gray before searching.
Invalid ·········Correct gray is not performed.
[Min area]
The lower limit of the size of the defect to be detected. Texture inspection

Search conditions and detection conditions are easy to confuse, so you need atten-
tion. VisionNavi first performs a rough search when comparing and matching non-
defective items in order to shorten processing time. The search condition is used at
this time.
Next, you evaluate the "candidate to be detected" found by rough search in detail
using detection conditions and judge whether or not to detect. From the above, if the
search condition is made to be as severe or more as the detection condition, there is
a danger that the marginal detection condition will not catch on the rough search.
Detection result
The item of the detection result can be an item of judgment threshold of this tool.
[Area]
It is the area of the difference between the non-defective model and the inspection
target.
[Num of defect]
This is the number of detected defects when [Num of matches] is set to multiple.
[X, Y]
X, Y coordinates of the center of the detected part.
[Num of extracted]
This is the number of object to be inspected when [Num of matches] is set to multiple.
[Score]
It is a measure of how close it is to the registration model.
Texture inspection
Detects scratches and defects in the texture (repeating pattern).

Model and register the texture (repeating pattern).
