[Expand region]
The region that expanded the region extracted by the previous tool is to be corrected.
[Mask size]
Set the surrounding area to be used for correction when texture correction is
selected.
Generate simulated defect image
In order to verify the stability of the created inspection project, an image that inten-
tionally mimics the influence of a defect or noise is generated. Positioning-Matching

Positioning
Positioning-Matching
Extracts the part that matches the registered part specified in the master image from
the image, aligns the image based on it, and performs positioning.
Register the reference model and arrange it by translating and rotating the image so
that it aligns with it.
Several parameters can be used as judgment thresholds, and it can be judged
whether or not matching can be made.
Shape matching
Register the edge information of the image as a model and detect and position the
shape model.
Gray density matching
Register the shading information of the image as a model and detect and locate
areas with high coincidence.
Enter model
Register the model to be matched.
1.
Display the master image and turn on the [start] slide.
2.
In the image area to be worked, set the area to be used for matching.
3.
After setting the area, click the [Save] button.
4.
Turn off the [Finish] slide and exit.
Positioning-Matching
Parameters that can be set by shape matching
[Contrast]
You can adjust the contrast of edge extraction.
[Min edge len.]
Noise can be removed by enlarging it.
Parameters that can be set by shading matching
[Search angle]
Set search angle of model.
[Edge polarity]
Consider polarity
··················Matching is not performed when the shading black and white is
inverted.
Ignore polarity
··················Matching is also performed when the shading black and white are
inverted.
