[Linearity]
As closer to 1, only scratches close to a straight line are extracted.
Detection result
Each item of the detection result can be used for judgment of this tool.
[Max edge length]
It is the length of the longest one of the extracted flaw.
[Total edge length]
The sum of the lengths of the extracted scratches.
[Num matches]
It is the number of scratches extracted.
[Center X, Y]
It is the center coordinate of the longest one of the extracted scratches.
Comparison with good sample
Detects the difference based on the master image registered as non-defective.
An example of the inspection project creation is in the inspection tool [good quality
comparison inspection]. Please refer to that as well.
This tool has the following two operation modes.
Need to align the position.
Inspect images that are not positioned. When executing the tool, search and position
the object by shape matching and perform comparison inspection. Comparison with
good sample
No positioning
Inspect images that have been positioned beforehand.
Enter model
Register a non-defective model from the master image.
In case of positioning, you will create a shape model similar to the shape matching of
Positioning-Matching and perform positioning. After that, you will compare the master
image with the inspection object and detect the difference with the good product.

Call up the master image and turn on the [start] slide.

In the image region of the work target, set the region to create a non-defective
shape model.

After setting the region, click the [Save] button.
4.
Turn off the [Finish] slide and end registration.
[Contrast]
When [Need to align the position.] is selected, adjust the contrast of edge extraction.
[Min edge len.]
Remove contours below the specified size.
[Filter]
Set filter related to edge extraction and filter strength.
Search setting
[Score]
It is a measure of how close to matching registered model shape is detected.
[Search angle]
Specify rotation angle of pose to search model shape with ± 0 to 180°.
[Num of matches]
You can set up how many registered models are to be found.
