Inspection setting

On the setting screen, you can change the inspection setting from the tool edit icon.
Camera setting
It is possible to assign IDs of up to 8 cameras (CAM 1 to 8) and adjust and set imag-
ing conditions.
Select camera
When connecting only one camera, ID · Serial setting is unnecessary. If multiple
cameras are connected, you can assign any camera to the camera ID by selecting
from Serial pull-down.
Camera independent control
OFF ·············It controls all cameras in synchronization with CAM1. The items
selected in the output setting are output after the execution of the tool list of all cam-
eras is finished.
ON ··············It controls the camera independently and asynchronously. Items
selected in the output setting are output at the end of execution of the tool list of CAM
1. Camera setting.
Region setting
Capture area
Default ·········Both Width and Height are the maximum value of the camera. Region
setting ·····You can set arbitrary Width and Height. The criterion of Offset is the upper
left pixel of the image.
Capture setting
Exposure time
The unit is millisecond (ms), and it is set in 0.1 ms to 1,000 ms.
Gain
You can increase the sensitivity of the camera. Because there is a disadvantage that
the noise becomes large, when the brightness is insufficient, usually it is recom-
mended to lengthen the exposure time of the camera or increase the light intensity of
the light.
Trigger
OFF ·············Use software trigger.
TRIG············Assign to any control input (DI). You can accept trigger commands
from communication.
CAMERA_IN ·Use the trigger input of the camera connector.
FrameRate ····Imaging is performed with the value specified by FrameRate.
Trigger delay
When CAMERA_IN is selected in the trigger setting, you can set the time from the
trigger input of the camera to the start of exposure.
Light Control
OFF ·············Lighting control is not done
FLASH Output ·····Assign to any control output (DO). It is effective only when OFF,
TRIG is selected by trigger setting.
PoE pulse lighting ·Strobe lights with PoE control lighting. When selecting
CAMERA_IN in the trigger setting, input the trigger input to the lighting power supply
side. The exposure signal output from the camera can also be input to the lighting
