ADD ············Add regions.
SUB·············Subtract regions.
AND ············Extract overlapping regions of regions.
EXOR ··········Extract the exclusive OR of the region.
[Inversion]
Invert the region obtained by operation.
[Max area / Min area]
Among the regions obtained by operation, it is possible to exclude those that are too
small to be considered as noise and those that are too large to be the background.
Detection result
Each item of the detection result can be used for judgment of this tool.
[Area]
It is the sum of the areas of extracted regions.
[Num matches]
The number of extracted regions.
[CTR of G-X / Y]
It is the coordinate value of the center of gravity of the whole extracted region.
Correct gray
Register the master image and correct the brightness so that it approaches the
brightness of that master image.
It is effective when the lighting condition changes, etc., and it is possible to select the
following two kinds of correction method.
 Correct average gray value
 Span correctoin
Image correction
Remove areas such as stain defects extracted by the previous tool, and generate
corrected images.
This correction makes it possible to make various judgments without being affected
by substance or noise.
Processing condition
[Correct target]
Extracted region ···The region extracted by the previous tool will be a correct target.
Inverted region ·····The inversion region of the region extracted by the previous tool
will be a correct target.
[Correction mode]
Expand region
···················Correct the target region using brightness information around the tar-
get region.
Correct specified gray value
···················Correct the target region with the specified gray value.
Correct average gray value
····················Correct the target region with the average Brightness mean of the
entire image.
Correct texture
···················Correct the target region using surrounding texture information.
Because of high load, processing takes time when the target area is large.
