[Algorithm]
isotropy ········Detects the movement amount of a single rigid body. Ex) Measure-
ment of movement amount in the rotational direction of substrate
anisotropy ·····Extract the movement amount and the number of each of plural mov-
ing objects such as particles. Ex) Detection of moving particles
[Resolution]
Processing speed can be improved by lowering the resolution.
[Smoothing]
It is possible to reduce the misextraction of the extraction region due to fine edges.
[Moving obj. filter]
Smooth the movement amount of each extracted region.
[Search pos offset]
Even when the amount of movement is large and correspondence of feature points
can not be obtained, if the approximate amount of movement or range is known
beforehand, the detectable range can be expanded by setting the offset.
[Isotropic weight]
It can be less susceptible to local deformation.
[Gray diff weight]
Set the threshold value for extracting the difference between the two images to be
calculated for the movement amount.
[Edge based]
Only the edge region can be targeted out of the differences between the two images
to be calculated for the movement amount.
[Edge size]
Specify the extraction size of the edge region of the difference between the two
images to be calculated for the movement amount.
[Grid size]
Specify the interval between points to calculate the movement amount.
[Moving obj separate filter]
Small regions can be removed, and close regions can be integrated and separated.
[Min moving amount]
Detection is performed using a value greater than or equal to the specified movement
amount among the calculated movement amounts of each point.
[Display result]
Vector image
··················Displays the movement amount of each calculated point as a vector.
Flow image ···The amount of movement of each calculated point is imaged and dis-
played.
Orig. image ···Display the original image.

OFF ············It does not output
Position corrected image
··················Outputs the image corrected for the detected movement amount.
Diff image ·····The difference between the image that corrected the detected move-
ment amount and the original image is output.
