2.7 Measurement
Measure contour
By performing geometric fitting using a metrology model using multiple measurement
windows, shape measurement and position measurement are performed. Measure-
ment at the subpixel level is possible.
Judgement method
By difference from master
Detect the difference with the registered master image and make a judgment on the
detection result.
By measured value
The judgment is made on the value of the feature value obtained as the detection
result.
Detect condition
[Edge dir.]
Same direction
···················Automatically set " Dark -> Light" or " Light -> Dark".
Dark -> Light
···················Only edges that change from a dark pixel to a light pixel are detected.
Light -> Dark ·
···················Only edges that change from a light pixel to a dark pixel are detected.
Right side priority, Left side priority (Line)
···················Detect the edge on the right side or the left side of the guide line for
setting preferentially.
Outside priority, Intside priority (Circle, Arc, Rectangle)
···················Detect the edge on the outside or inside of the guide line for setting
preferentially.
No direction
···················Detect where the edge is clear.
[Approx shape] (Only outline measurement of circle)
Select either circle approximation or ellipse approximation.
[Window num]
This is the number of edge detection regions to divide for shape recognition.
[Width 1]
Width in the direction perpendicular to the setting guide arrow (unit: pix).
[Width 2]
The width in the direction parallel to the guide arrow for setting. Set by the ratio when
the measurement interval is set to 1.
[Edge strength]
The threshold to detect as an edge when the most clear edge in the target part is
100. It is possible to adjust to a stable value while referring to the edge intensity dis-
tribution.
[Filter (sigma)]
Increasing the number can detect edges by canceling fine defects and noise compo-
nents.
