Circularity ·····The roundness of the target area. When it is a true circle, it becomes
1. Major axis len / Minor axis len
···················It is the length of the main axis (long side) and the minor axis (short
side) of the circumscribed rectangle of the target area.
Ellipticity ·······The length of the major axis and minor axis of the approximate ellipse
of the target area.
Compactness ·····This parameter is proportional to the area of the area ÷ (the square
of the length of the contour of the area). The value approaches 1 as it is closer to a
perfect circle, and becomes smaller as irregularities and holes are present.
Brightness mean
··················The average brightness of the target area.
Brightness deviation ···It is the deviation of brightness within the target area.
Image operation
Operate images using two images.
By comparing the image obtained by the former tool with the image specified by the
operation target, you can compare the object before and after processing, etc.
Processing condition
[Operation mode]
Add ·············Add the gray value of each pixel.
Sub ·············The gray value of each pixel is subtracted, and an offset is applied uni-
formly to the operation result.
Sub(Abs) ······It subtracts the gray value of each pixel and takes the absolute value
of the difference.
Mult ·············Multiplies the gray value of each pixel. Magnification and offset can be
set.
Div ··············Divides the gray value of each pixel. Magnification and offset can be
set.
Max ·············Use the maximum gray value of each pixel.
Min ··············Use the minimum gray value of each pixel.
[Target]
Non-processing image
··················The image captured at the beginning of the inspection project is set as
the operation object. It is used when comparing before and after filter processing.
Tool output image
··················It refers to the output result of an arbitrary tool as a operation object.
Saved memory image
··················The memory image of VisionNavi main unit is subject to operation.
Saved image
··················The saved image saved in the inspection project is subject to operation.
Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are possible between the image
being worked and those to be operated on.
[Invert gray]
Reverse the gray value of the image after operation. Region operation
Region operation
Operates multiple areas extracted with the specified tool.
Processing condition
[Tool ID]
Set the tool ID outputting the extracted area.
