How much difference is to be made between the color of each region and the color of
the master is set to be regarded as "Different from master".
[Non-uniformity (deviation)]
Set how much difference in brightness in each region is considered as "Different from
master" if there is a difference from the master image.
[Color space]
Select the color space as the reference for computing color differences.
RGB ············The distance in the RGB space is the color difference.
L*a*b* CIE1976 ·········The color difference defined by the International Commission
on Illumination in 1976.
L*a*b* CIE2000 ·········Corrected so that it is close to the color difference that human
beings feel.
Detection result
Each item of the detection result can be used for judgment of this tool.
[Num matches]
Count the number of regions that fit the logic specified in the detection condition.
[Diff of color]
The color difference from the master image in each region. It is calculated in the color
space specified by the detection condition.
[Non-uniformity (deviation)]
A variation of the brightness with the master image in each region. Blob analysis /
Shape judgement
Blob analysis / Shape judgement
Judge by the shape features of region extracted from the previous tool.
For the previous tool, you need to select a tool that outputs regions such as binariza-
tion.
Detect condition
For [Blob segment],[Shape],[Morphology] and [Feature amount filter], refer to
[Reduce domain].
[Max area, Min area]
By specifying the extent of the size of the scratches or defects to be extracted, it is
possible to extract minute regions due to noise and backgrounds separately.
[Unit conversion]
When selecting the width, height, spindle length and minor axis length with the fea-
ture amount filter, calculate by converting the detection result to the specified unit
with the mm / pix information set with the camera setting tool.
Detection result
Each item of the detection result can be used for judgment of this tool.
[CTR of G-X, Y]
The coordinate value of the center of gravity of each blob.
[Tilt]
The slope of the long axis with respect to the X axis when each blob is approximated
by an ellipse.
[Major axis len, Minor axis len]
The length of the main axis (long side) and the minor axis (short side) of the circum-
scribed rectangle of each blob.
[Ellipticity]
