Detection result
[Width diff] (Only when judging by the difference with the master image)
Difference from the width of the pair edge in the master registered image.
[Position diff] (Only when judging by the difference with the master image)
Difference from the edge position in the master registered image.
[Width]
The distance between detected pair edges.
[Center X, Y]
The coordinates of the middle point of the part where the width is measured.
[Num of detect]
The number of edges of pairs detected.
