Judgement threshold
Judge detection result.
Sets the upper / lower limit value or judgment character string of the item selected on
the detection result screen.
When multiple judgement thresholds are provided for one detection result, it is
judged as OK only when all the values satisfy the set conditions.
2.2 Get image
Get the image to be processed for image processing.
Capture
Capture with a camera and get images.
Processing condition
[Capture]
Camera Capture ··Capture with connected camera
Pick image files ·········Retrieve the saved image file. It is used for offline evaluation.
[Exposure time]
Set the camera exposure time.
[Trigger]
OFF ·············Use software trigger.
TRIG············Assign to any control input (DI). You can accept trigger commands
from communication.
CAMERA_IN ·Use the trigger input of the camera body connector.
FrameRate ····Imaging is captured with the value specified by FrameRate.
[Light control]
OFF ·············Light control will not be done.
FLASH output
···················Assign to any control output (DO). It is valid when OFF or TRIG is
selected in the trigger setting.
PoE pulse lighting
···················Strobe lights with PoE control lighting. When selecting CAMERA_IN in
the trigger setting, input the trigger input to the lighting power supply side. The expo-
sure signal (EXPOSURE) output from the camera can also be input to the lighting
power supply.
PoE constant lighting
··················It always lights with PoE control lighting.
[Emission time]
When selecting CAMERA_IN for trigger setting and PoE pulse lighting for light con-
trol, set the illumination lighting time after inputting the trigger to the lighting power
supply.
[Lighting CH]
Specify the channel of lighting to use. Select [ALL] to set the lighting angle and light-
ing directivity using split lighting.
[Background capture]
Set it to ON to perform the next image during image processing.
[Number of imaging buffers]
If background capture is enabled, set the maximum number of images that can be
acquired during image processing.
