Detailed setting of selected tool
Items that can be set depend on each tool. You can do various things such as nar-
rowing down processing areas, registering good sample standards, setting inspec-
tion thresholds, and so on. In addition, by clicking the expansion button, it is possible
to change the setting by displaying the detailed setting menu which does not appear
in the initial setting.

When there are many setting contents.it may not be displayed on the display. Scroll
the screen using the scroll bar and check the setting contents.
Saved image
It is a function that you can easily call images you want to reference repeatedly.
When you click the [SET] button, the image of Setting Screen
the displayed work target is saved as the registered image with the specified number.
By clicking the [LOAD] button, you can call up the image as the work target image. A
maximum of 20 images from ID 0 to ID 19 can be registered in one inspection project.
If you save the inspection project, it will be saved with the inspection project even if
the power of VisionNavi is turned off.
You can delete registered images from the right click menu.
History image
Pictures taken in the past and results are displayed. By clicking the [Previous History]
icon, it is possible to check the history image. History images are deleted when the
power is turned off. By right clicking on the history image window, the following set-
tings and control can be performed.
Delete history
···················Delete all inspection history images
Write history
···················Save effective history images collectively in _History folder.
Update image
···················You can select the condition for updating history images from all
images / OK images / NG images, disabled.
Number of save image
···················You can select the maximum saved number of history images from 10
(initial value), 25, 100. Since it may affect image processing time by increasing the
number of save image, please set it to 10 when using a high pixel camera.
Update display
···················You can choose whether or not to update the history image window.
Capture control button
It gets captured images and reads history images.
If the detection result has multiple values
When there are two or more blobs (a block (area) on the image where shape analysis
can be performed), and in measurement tools at multiple regions, each item of the
detection result has multiple values. To check multiple detection results, click the
numerical value displayed in the detection result window. If all results do not fit on the
screen or you want to check or use the values of all the items, use the array judge-
ment tool. Running Screen
