2.
In the image region to be worked, set the region to be regarded as texture. At
this time, please select a region that does not contain abnormal parts such as
scratches as much as possible. It is also possible to specify more than one
region. If the selected area is large, the computation time for model creation will
be longer, but this is not related to the computation time at the time of examina-
tion execution.
3.
After setting the region, click the [Save] button.
4.
Turn off the [Finish] slide and end registration.
[Rotation]
Turn it on if you need to consider that the texture rotates.
Detect condition
[Threshold]
Reducing the number makes it easier to extract scratches and defects. On the other
hand, part of the texture is also likely to be erroneously detected as a defect.
[Fill holes]
If the unextracted area is surrounded by the extracted flaws or defects, set whether
or not to fill out and extract it.
[Max area, Min area]
Specify the extent of the size of the scratch or defect to be extracted. It is possible to
exclude those that are too small to be considered as noise and those that are too
large to be the background. Texture inspection
Detection result
Each item of the detection result can be used for judgment of this tool.
[Num matches]
It is the number of disadvantages extracted.
[Max Area]
It is the area of the largest one of the extracted defects.
[Total Area]
It is the sum of the areas of extracted defects.
[CTR of G-X, Y]
It is the coordinate value of the center of gravity of the whole extracted defect. Optical
flow
Optical flow
It is possible to extract moving objects in successive images and express the motion
by vectors.
