No segmentation ··Even if the area is divided into multiple areas, the whole area is
treated as one processing target.
Segment into each area ··········If there are multiple areas, treat them as individual
processing targets. Reduce domain
Setting of processing contents, function selection
With this tool, it is possible to use several functions to narrow down the area.
If you do not select a function, select [Select func.:OFF]. By doing so, you can narrow
down the processing area by using the area detected by the previous tool as it is.
[Shape]
Perform calculation processing on the shape and change the shape of the target
area.
Fill holes ·······Fills the non-target area in the target area.
Max Area ······If there is more than one target area, narrow it down to the area with
the largest area.
Convex ········Fill the recessed part of the target region so that the region has a con-
vex shape.
Outer circle / Inner circle
···················Convert the area to the circumscribed circle or inscribed circle of the
target area.
Outer rectangle / Inner rectangle
···················Convert the area to the circumscribed rectangle or inscribed rectangle
(no rotation) of the target area.
Outer rotatable rectangle
···················Convert the area to the circumscribed rectangle (with rotation) of the
target area.
Ellipse ··········Convert the area to an approximate ellipse of the target region.
Border ··········The area is converted only to the boundary of the target area.
Skeleton ·······Convert the area only to the skeleton extracted from the target region.
Inversion ······Invert the target area and the asymmetric area.
[Morphology]
Use the arithmetic processing of expansion and contraction of the area to narrow
down the target area.
Closing ········It can block lacks and dents of the target area.
Opening ·······You can ignore the protruding part of the target area.
Dilation / Erosion
··················It expands and contracts the target area uniformly.
Extract cracks
··················Extract the chipping and dent areas of the target area. It is the same as
the difference between the area obtained by closing and the original area.
Extract protrusions
··················Extract the protruding part of the target area. It is the same as the differ-
ence between the original area and the area obtained by opening. Image operation
[Feature amount filter]
Based on the shape information of the area, you can specify the area to be narrowed
down by using feature amount such as calculated area and circularity.
Area ············Area of the target area.
