Gray value judgement
Calculate the average value, the maximum value, the minimum value, the standard
deviation, etc. of the gray value in the target region and make a judgment.
Detect condition
[Display result]
ON ··············The result is displayed in the image.
OFF ·············The result is not displayed in the image.
Detection result
Each item of the detection result can be used for judgment of this tool.
[Mean]
It is the average value of brightness within the detection region.
[Max, Min]
It is the maximum or minimum value of brightness within the detection region.
[Deviation]
It is deviation of brightness within the detection region.
[Max-Min]
It is the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the bright-
ness in the detection region.
[CTR of G-X, Y]
It is the gray value centroid of the brightness within the detection region.
[Angle]
It is the gray value slope of the brightness in the detection region.
Gray scale difference / Color difference
Compare the brightness or color information in the target region and judge whether or
not there is a target and count it.
Judgement method
By difference from master
Compare the registered master image with the color and make a pass / fail judgment.
For the master image, specify the region to be the reference color. In the figure
below, the region setting is done for two locations of the fuse box. The color (R, G, B)
of each area is calculated by the average value within that region.
Multiple regions in the image
Based on one region in the image, compare the color with the other region and the
reference region, and judge whether it is good or bad Gray scale difference / Color
difference
Detect condition
[Count logic]
Different from master
···················Count the number of regions (large difference in color difference or
color irregularity) different from the color registered in the master to [Num matches].
Same as master
···················Count the same number of regions (small color difference or uneven
color difference) registered in master as [number].
