[Mask size]
This is the mask size for filtering background noise etc. Even if it is too small or too
large, it will be difficult to extract defects, so adjust it appropriately.
[Gray th.]
The smaller the value, the less gray difference can be extracted as a disadvantage.
[Filter]
Correct the noise component of the extracted defect.
[Fill holes]
If the unextracted area is surrounded by the extracted blotches or defects, set
whether or not to fill out and extract it.
[Max area, Min area]
Specify the size of the defect to be extracted. It is possible to exclude those that are
too small to be considered as noise and those that are too large to be the back-
ground.
Detection result
Each item of the detection result can be used for judgment of this tool.
[Num matches]
It is the number of disadvantages extracted.
[Max Area]
It is the area of the largest one of the extracted defects.
[Total Area]
It is the sum of the areas of extracted defects.
[CTR of G-X, Y]
It is the coordinate value of the center of gravity of the whole extracted defect. Flaw

Extract linear regions in the image as scratches and make judgments using feature
quantities such as obtained length.
Detect condition
[Flaw type]
Black flaw ·····Extracts a black (dark) linear area than the background as scratches.
White flaw ·····Extracts a white (bright) linear area than the background as scratches.
[Contrast]
Adjust the contrast when extracting a scratch as an edge from the background.
[Cut off param]
The smaller the setting, the easier it is to judge that the scratch is a continuation.
[Flaw width]
Sets the minimum width for judging scratches.
[Min length]
Set the minimum length for judging scratches.
[Connect len]
Set the minimum length to connect adjoining scratches as a series.
[Min line len]
Set the minimum length of the connected scratches.
[Max line len]
Set the max length of the connected scratches.
