Phototmetric capture
Perform photometric imaging to acquire images.
In photometric imaging, four images taken by sequentially irradiating from 4 direc-
tions using 4 division illumination are synthesized. It is possible to generate images
that emphasize edges due to irregularities and images from which halation has been
removed.
Note!
The photometric capture function is an optional function. Please contact
the distributor for details.
Processing condition
[Capture]
Camera Capture ··Capture with connected camera
Pick image files ·········Retrieve the saved image file. When acquiring a file, you can
only handle [original image] of 'tiff' format output by this tool.
[Exposure time]
Set the camera exposure time.
[Trigger]
Set the trigger condition of the camera.
OFF ·············Software trigger
TRIG············Assign to any control input (DI).
[Filter size]
Change the filter size according to the size of the unevenness you want to extract.
[Light angle]
If the 0 ° direction of the image and the 0 ° direction of the illumination are out of
alignment, adjust to compensate for the deviation.
[Dark correction]
If the noise in the dark area is conspicuous, it can be corrected.
[Output image]
As an output of this tool, you can select the following output format.
Rugged image
Surface image
Image without halation
CH1~4
ALL
Original image
Note!
To save the original image in the [Image Save Tool] file, select either 'tiff'
or 'hobj' format.
