[Fuzzy function ]
When fuzzy function is enabled, it is possible to detect near the expected value from
the extracted edge group.
[Width expected,Tolerance]
When fuzzy function is selected, an edge close to the specified width expected value
is detected. If the allowable range is made small, it will be difficult to extract edges
that fall outside the expected width value.
[Compare mode]
When comparing with the master image, you can choose to compare by absolute
value or tolerance.
