Detection result - judgment

The judgment criteria of OK / NG is set for the detection result. This time, NG judg-
ment is done by calculating the difference area comparing with the good sample
which is registered.
In the above setting, the difference area will be 3 and it will not be 0 even if compar-
ing good samples with each other. This is because a good model is generated with a
filtered image to remove minute noise contained in the image at the time of registra-
tion. If you want to match good image with good model, please disable filter setting at
registration.
In addition, in the [Comparison with good sample], in order to avoid the influence
such as temporal change of the lighting and a slight change of the color due to the
state change of the workpiece, the brightness correction is effective in the initial set-
ting. By turning off the brightness correction, it is possible to detect the overall color
change as well.
For example, those with a difference area of 40 or less are considered good prod-
ucts, those with a difference area of 40 or more are considered defective products. To
make that judgment, with the area of the detection result selected, set the value of
max of [Judgment threshold] to 40. These examples are as follows. In this case, it is
judged as OK if it is a defect like a black point in the lower right corner of R in the
image at the right end, and it is possible to detect a misalignment or missing of a
printing size larger than that. If you want to detect black spots, please set ?Judgment
threshold?value to less than 26.
