Ensure that the total pressure
gauge used for sensitivity
calibration was properly
calibrated.
Return to INFICON for repair.
Bake-out sensor.
Replace sensor.
Degas sensor.
Bake-out sensor.
Service sensor.
Verify pressure less than
5E-4 Torr for
Transpector MPH.
Perform mass calibration.
Return to INFICON for repair.
